Creating Your Social Foundation
Having a complete social media profile is not only a great way to interact with your customers, but it is absolutely neccessary to get your website ranked well in Google.
There is a good chance that you have some social profiles like Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. But there is a good chance that you either don’t have all the important ones or that each of them is not fully optimized. Having your profiles completely filled out is key.
We will also discuss tips on how to get 100’s of social profiles without doing much work.
Fixing Your Website
We will take what we learned about our site in week 1 and not only start fixing it, but we will make it even better.
The importance of page content, fixing duplicate titles and descriptions, proper url structure. How to properly create a contact us page. Also what you must have in your footer as a local business to show up in the Google Map Pack.
Keeping Your Visitors On Your Site
Making sure your website visitors have a pleasant experience not only makes them happy but it also makes Google happy as well. People have become very accustom to a site working properly that when they encounter a page that doesn’t load very quick or they can’t easily navigate they will simply leave your site and probably not come back.
This week we discuss key elements to keeping visitors on your site but also making sure they come back.
Content, Content, Content!
Now you have your social media accounts and you have a fullly optimized website. In order to keep visitors coming to your site and potential and current customers interested in you, you need to have content. This means putting videos on Youtube and Facebook. It means putting up images on Instagram and sending out informational tweets. It also means having a regular blog on your site.
That sounds very time consuming I know. However, we will show you easy ways to make one piece of content span all the social media profiles plus show you how to post once and cover everything.
We uncover the mystery of advertising on Facebook and Google. Facebook allows such amazing pinpoint marketing because everyone freely gives up information about themselves. Facebook has compiled all that data and allows you to show your ads to the exact person that needs to see them.
Google ads aren’t quite as sexy as Facebook advertising but it has its place and we will show you how to use and and when.
Putting It All Together
Now that you have all the information we want to recap everything and make sure that every single one of your questions are answered.
We will also discuss daily, weekly, and monthly best practices so that your site does not fall into disrepair.
